This my new favorite hotel on BF. Front desk lady Nicole was so charming. Bonnie who runs the breakfast is probably the nicest person I have ever met and I'm not a spring chicken. The lovely front desk lady (didn't get her name) gave us a ground floor room two doors from the exit. So convenient. 8 paws and two thumbs up for the lovely stay and the gracious and sweet staff. Bonnie you are the best.

Hotel has been renovated but really just a facelift. Shower was gross and ceiling had cracks in it and were very low. Dog kept being woken up by noises in hallway. Room smelled like smoke. I slept in my clothes and didn’t use shower at all. Resented the pet sanitation charge when the room was smelly from smoke. She woke us up at 3:30 and we left. Spent a total of 8 hours there.

To begin, we were welcomed at the front desk and made us feel like welcomed friends. The room was very clean, though there was a mechanical grinding noise coming from the next room. Staff came up to our room with keys to another room if we wanted to move. Then, of course, the noise stopped! The grounds had plenty of green space around the building for dog walking. A great hotel to bring your dog.

This Hotel was very clean. No issues at all checking in. The Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Beds and bathroom were new and updated. The area to walk the dogs were very clean. One criticism I would say is the area leading to the entrance was dark. Could use more signage. Would definitely stay again

No problems whatsoever. Easy access for my pets and plenty of other friendly pet owners. Desk staff and food service personnel were great. Would stay there again.

You did not mention this hotel was going through a renovation. If I had known prior to making a non refundable reservation I would not have stayed there. Your price was the same at the hotel so no discount and too high for the inconvenience of construction.

Fairfield Inn & Suites Innsbrook was a nice place to stay with our puppy. Everyone was very friendly. Plenty of grassy area to walk around and the "suite" gave us enough room for to put the crate in an area where puppy could not see us.
