We arrived late - just after 10pm - and the staff greeted us happily. There is an Applebees right next door & lots of walking areas for a stretch walk... around the grass in the back during the day, as well as the parking lot. They rooms were quiet & ample size - also complimentary coffee in the morning was a nice surprise. The location is approx a 10-minute drive off the I-95. Our stay was very short but very sweet!

Nice hotel tucked into a park-like setting. The local business park it's in created a series of ponds and put in a paved walking trail around them all. Perfect for exercising you and your dog before or after a long car ride. There was an Applebee's restaurant within walking distance that allowed us to dine with our dog on the patio. Our room was on the second floor so riding the elevator was a new experience for our dog. Room was comfy and adequately supplied for us. Our main concern when we travel is comfort and amenities for our dog and we were more than satisfied. We will stay there again we travel that direction.

A bit off 95 but not too bad. Clean, room doesn’t smell, restaurant on site but did curbside from Olive Garden across the street. Nice walking path behind the hotel and took our dog for a mile walk once we checked in.

We've stayed at the hotel numerous times over the past year and a half. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. A plus is having a restaurant on site. The food is good. The menu is limited but you will not walk away hungry. There is no room service. We checked in, paid an exorbitant fee for our dog and we were sent up to the second floor where guests with pets are lodged. No big deal, Actually, it makes a lot of sense isolating pets on one floor so non animal lodgers are not disturbed. Was my pet treated like royalty? No. Will I stay here again? Yes. It's a nice place.

Lots of grassy areas to walk pups, including a pathway between some lovely lakes. Area was nice, away from busy streets enough to be quiet but close enough to grab some food. Room was spacious.

Great outdoor space for walking and comfortable, clean rooms. The elevators were a little tricky to manage as dogs are on the second floor but we made it work.

We stayed one night at this hotel while traveling from CT to Florida. We are traveling with a uHaul trailer and the large parking lot was able to accommodate us without a problem. Also felt like a safe and secure location. My husband and I are traveling with our 2 sons, our 2 small dogs, our Great Dane and our bird in a bird backpack. Besides looking like a traveling circus, it has gone smoothly. The hotel staff were so sweet, welcoming and accommodating. We booked 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds and were able to split up the pets. There were several outside grassy areas to take the dogs around to. The hotel was very clean and in great condition. No complaints at all!

The Sheraton is a decent hotel. Room was clean, standard fare. The hotel is located in an office complex with a lovely walking area complete with a small water retention pond. Will be staying there again on our return trip.

The hotel manager and staff were great. The restaurant manager not so much. I have a support dog who is 7 lbs. I have never had a problem at any restaurant, diner, etc. The manager asked if my dog was a support dog and I asked if she wanted to see her card. She said no but continued to stare at me through breakfast. Was talking to her staff and looking in my direction as her staff did. We sat at a table outside of the main restaurant which was more like a diner. 5 bones down on the restaurant.

I needed to book a hotel quickly during my drive after the Holiday Inn Express cancelled my reservation, stating there were no more dog friendly rooms available. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! All staff were friendly to me and to my dog, Lily, including giving her a dog treat. The room was clean & quiet. The hotel was in a safe area accessible to gas stations, restaurants, and stores. I’d stay again.

It was a sudden, last minute, unexpected stay and at Christmas. The hotel was so clean, the staff super friendly and gave my dog a biscuit on check in. The grounds were well lighted for bio breaks at night. The only suggestion I could have is to fence in the area by the pool for a small dog park. Great area to walk the dogs by the businesses except for duck poop. Lol. This was an exceptional stay, making a bad situation tolerable. Will stay there again.

Booked based on a recommendation from this site. This hotel was everything we were told it would be. Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly to us and our puppy. Great spot behind the hotel to walk the dog and stretch after a long road trip. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful grounds to walk dogs outside, but everything else about the property was disappointing. We found the hotel itself tired and dirty. First room we were placed in had urine stains all over the visible box spring (no bed skirt). The first time I used bathroom, the door latch got stuck and I could not get out. Maintenance came and had to removed the door knob to get me out.. Not sure how a solo guest would have gotten out. The second room we were placed in was slightly better, but still showed it’s age and lack of maintenance. After all our drinks/food froze solid in the room fridge followed by 2 cold showers in the morning we checked out.

We stayed at the hotel on 8/30 as we were traveling from NJ to Florida with our German Shepherd. The hotel was nice and the room we were in was clean! A very nice place to stay in. Also they had a lot of room to walk the dog around the pond (lake) in back of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this hotel! The staff was very welcoming, introduced themselves and other staff members available during my stay. When you walk in one of the first things that hit you is a wonderful smell throughout the hotel. Room and beds were very comfortable. Very pup friendly, and restaurant in the hotel. I have put this hotel on my list of places to stay whenever I am in the area.

I stayed here for 6 days while having some home improvements done. I was a bit nervous because of the reviews saying the hotel was dirty. I booked it though, because its pet policy wasn’t too bad ($50 total, no matter how many nights) and it had a bar for me and an indoor pool for my kids (they came and went between the hotel and their father’s house). Overall, I was very pleased with my choice. The staff was wonderful, Amy at the front desk was super attentive and the folks in the restaurant/bar went above and beyond. The pool area is bright and cheerful, as is the gym. The restaurant and bar is large with good food. Parking is free and there is a very lovely park like area behind the hotel with a small lake. There is an Applebee’s in the parking lot if you tire of the hotel restaurant and want to get out and stumble back home without driving.
My room (211) was not dirty (as I feared) whatsoever and the bed was amazing - very plush and comfy (my kids said the other one was as well - we had two queens).
A few things they could improve upon: I did experience a bit of the issue mentioned in another post, of water getting all over the floor from the shower, but I just put a large towel down and problem solved - I think their shower curtains are just too wispy. The room itself was a bit narrow, I had brought along some board games to play with my kids at night, but there really was no open space with a table or room to do so. There’s a desk and chair for personal work though, so if you are an individual traveler, this probably won’t be an issue. The two biggest issues for me were the lighting and the lack of drawers. The lighting is very dim, even though there are several lamps in the room. The hotel uses low wattage, white (not a soft yellow) bulbs and it’s a bit depressing. Fortunately, I was able to grab a few warm light lightbulbs (same wattage) from my home and that helped. If you stay here and are able - grab a pack of soft yellow bulbs from the nearby target, it makes a huge difference. Now for the drawers - I had packed two large storage tubs thinking we could just unload into a chest of drawers, but the room had none (only a small drawer between the beds). It was a bit frustrating living out of bins for 6 days, but if you are only staying for a night or two, the lack of drawers may not be an issue.
The last note to my very long post is about room location. Since I was staying close to a week, Amy at the front desk was kind enough to show me a few room options in person. The pet rooms are on floor two, and if you opt for a room facing the lake in the back, you’ll want to get a room on the right side of the hotel (right, if you are looking at the hotel). If you stay on the back left, your view is the gravel covered roof of the pool and not much else. I opted for the street side, as I found it a more entertaining view.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay and I recommended it!
