When we pulled up the valet greeted us and asked if I needed a cart for my suitcase. He helped me get everything out of the truck while I got Charlotte out of the car. As we came in the front entrance, the people at the desk were very sweet and offer Charlotte a treat. They explained that she was welcome to be with me in all the areas that I might want to go. Since it had just started raining, I asked where the potty area was for her and they showed me but offered that if it was raining hard that she could go potty in the grass right by the door.
When we did come down for her nighttime potty, the valet even offered us a huge umbrella so we wouldn’t get too wet. When we came back in, I stopped at the bar to pick up the dinner I had ordered earlier and everyone was very polite and spoke to Charlotte. The room was great, lots of room, and we both felt at home. The next day when we were leaving it was still raining. Checkout was simple and again everyone was polite and friendly. The valet turned my car around and pulled it right up to the door so we could stay dry. I will definitely be staying at Hotel Indigo in Chattanooga again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 7 year old vizsla, which we often travel with. This is one of the best lodging accommodations we’ve stayed at! Very dog friendly. You can even bring your dog with you to the hotel bar/restaurant and plus when staying here in the winter. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful with our pup!

We loved this hotel. The doggies are so welcome everywhere. The staff was so friendly and sweet to our pup. We had dinner on the porch cuz the whole area was dog friendly.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Dry clean. Loved all the extras like the full bar, free coffee and water, deck with putting green and so much more. The “small plate” menu was very good and actually not so small. Loved that the rooms had wood like floors and no carpet. Our dog enjoyed his stay very much too!

The people who work here were so very nice and went out of their way to be extra helpful! The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. We will for sure stay here again next time we’re in Chattanooga. Thanks again to the hotel staff for your hospitality!

My husband and I booked this hotel so we could bring our 80 lb dog. Staff was super friendly to us. Room was nice size and had wood-look laminate flooring which was great for our pup. Bar and patio is pet friendly. On the downside, no water bowls were around the hotel, and taking your dog to the bathroom required taking a short walk across the valet parking lot or down one block to a fenced yard.
