This hotel was quite nice. Rooms were sufficient and clean. Staff was friendly. They provide cold drinks/water and snacks in the rooms daily. The grassy area for our pup is a park kitty corner to the hotel. it’s a bit of a busy intersection to cross but it is downtown Richmond so to be expected.

Great, vintage hotel in downtown Richmond. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean. It was convenient for local walking activities. Parking is valet, street, or nearby garage (not managed by them). Nearby green space for dog walks was about a block away at two nearby banks that had lawns and outdoor seating. Hotel was quiet and our dog loved looking out the floor to ceiling windows. If we come back, we'd consider this location again.

We were traveling to Florida and needed a place to stay last minute and late at night. They were beyond accommodating even forgiving that our pup was a few lbs over their limit.
Rooms were well appointed and so clean. Highly recommend!!!
