The holiday villa offers a sophisticated ambience and exclusive furnishings and gives you the feeling from the first moment that your holiday begins here and now.
Enjoy the newly built villa in 2012 on 230sqm of total living space on 1200sqm of water at the lake and let yourself be inspired by the new furnishings chosen with attention to detail.
4 bedrooms, 3 of them with king size beds (2x2m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with 3 showers and 1 jacuzzi, 1 spacious living room with open kitchen in granite, fully equipped, including dining area and a beautiful panoramic view of the Honeymoon Lake from all rooms of the house, including the office, leaves nothing to be desired.
The spacious living area with the 55 'HD LED TV, home theater with DVD, telephone and WiFi internet. A 10x5m heated and illuminated pool with comfortable seating and reclining furniture and a gas grill invites you to relax, as well as fishing from the private dock. The spacious pool / terrace area is protected with a screen across the entire width of the house.

Sports activities on site: The water channel is very popular with anglers and therefore our wooden terrace in the river is extremely ideal for all anglers. A kayak for 2 people and 2 bicycles are available for sporty people, which you can use free of charge. The heated pool has a length of 10m, so just right for enthusiastic swimmers. A highlight of course is the large lake where you can swim.
Sun-seekers will find the ideal summer tan at the pool or the popular wooden dock under a light breeze. In an incredible silence, you immediately forget your everyday stress and relax there.
Do you want to do more sport? Diving, swimming, sailing, riding, surfing, water skiing, paragliding, tennis, golf and golf again! Over 40 parks and lakes invite you to picnic and relax.
Boats, including fun deck boats, can be rented daily in Matlache, Pineland Marina and 4-Winds Marina in Bookelia. Those who prefer to drive can enjoy the daily organized boat tours to Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key and Boca Grande.
With all the silence and tranquility, you are in 5 minutes in the middle of shopping markets and all popular restaurants.
Publix, Walmart, Target are just around the corner on Pine Island Road and also all well-known restaurants such as Carrabas, Olive Garden, Outback Steak House, Bubbas Road House, Denny's, Mel's Diner, Starbucks Cafè, Sonny's BBQ, Rib City and Mc Donalds and Burger King, of course, and many more are waiting for your visit.
Excursion tips: Sun Splash Waterpark in Cape Coral with huge water slides. 15 minutes. away. Edison / Ford Winter Estates (Museum) at Fort Myers. 15 minutes. removes Miromar Outlets Shopping until the credit card glows. In 240 shops with over 120 brand manufacturers (Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Reebok, Levis etc.) Direct sales make shopping really fun ... in just 30 minutes. are you at J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island. Or north in 30 min. at the Babcock Wilderness Adventures in Punta Gorda. The Everglades are a national park where you can marvel at rare plants and animals. 60 min.
Busch Gardens in Tampa is an amusement park and a small alternative to Disney Parks. 2 hours. Miami Beach is very worth seeing and can be reached in 2.5 hours. The parks in Orlando such as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World are very popular and can be reached in about 3 hours. Cape Canaveral, reachable in 4 hours
Easy arrival from Germany- flights from Germany (LTU / Air Berlin from Düsseldorf and Munich, Condor from Frankfurt) in 8-9 hours non-stop, ideally to Mt. Myers (only 45 minutes drive to the house). An airport shuttle is no longer necessary in Fort Myers! Alternative arrival: flight to Miami (approx. 2.5 h drive to the house) or Orlando (3:20 h drive to the house).
In addition to the villa, we rent two RENTAL CARS, a SUV Ford Expedition V8 (with 8 seats) and a Toyota Solara V6 Cabrio with a large trunk, as well as a HARLEY DAVIDSON V-Rod. The rental cars and the Harley can also be rented 'out of the house' if you are not our guests. All vehicles are fully comprehensive insurance and towing insurance (AAA)
