You'll love this newly renovated, 1-story family home with spectacular hill country views beyond your panoramic lake view. This is your little oasis, with a huge 100' wide lot, and the lake is just steps from the back door.
Private location, a mountain in the background, and no houses for miles on the other side of the lake. The sunsets are gorgeous, and the fishing is always good from the brand new double lift dock. So bring your boat and jet skis, because we also have a free community boat launching ramp just a short walk down the street. Plenty of parking.
Boat dock has a boat lift and double jet ski lift. (Please notify owner if you will be using either.)
This lift is designed for ski boats!
This home has a game room/bedroom with a pool table and ping pong table top , flat screen TV's in all rooms except kitchen, wireless Internet, fishing poles, basketball goal and much, much more.
There is one paddle board and a couple of different kayaks available for use at your own risk!
Only a couple of miles from HEB grocery, gas stations, shopping, and many restaurants.

The house can sleep up to 14 people
comfortably (with three of the beds being top bunk beds).

Out of respect for the neighbors, Lake LBJ Lake House is not appropriate for large, noisy or drinking parties!!
We do not lease this home for bachelor/bachelorette parties--NO EXCEPTIONS!!
There can be no loud noises that could disturb neighbors.
There can be NO MORE people on the property at any time other than what is stated in the lease agreement. These rules are necessary to ensure that Lake LBJ Lake House remains a vacation home for families and friends to enjoy for years to come.
Kingsland is a small community with a grocery store within a mile, 3 delicious Mexican restaurants, what we think is the best BBQ any where around.
For a more formal dinning experience, there is a restaurant that was featured in the Chain Saw Massacre Movie!
Of course, we also have a wonderful restaurant at the golf course which is open to everyone.

We are 20 minutes from Marble Falls, TX, 20 minutes from Buchanan Dam, TX, 20 minutes from Longhorn Caverns, 25 minutes from Llano, TX, 25 minutes from Burnet, TX, 45 minutes from Enchanted Rock, 60 minutes from Fredericksburg, TX, 60 minutes from Austin, TX, 85 minutes from San Antonio, TX, 3 1/2 - 4 hours from Houston and Dallas, TX.
Area Attractions: Golf courses, Packsaddle Country Club is 10 minutes away, the Legends Country Club is 5 minutes, Hidden Falls Country Club is 15 minutes, Delaware Springs Country Club is 20 minutes, Horseshoe Bay Resort (3 courses) is 25 minutes, tennis, shopping, and lots of sights to see are all within easy access.
Take a day trip and climb the massive granite mountain at Enchanted Rock State Park.

This lake house is about an hour from Austin's Bergstrom airport, or 80 minutes from San Antonio's International airport, and 25 minutes from Horseshoe Bay Resort.
The fall climate is pure enjoyment and the winter climate is also mild. The winter temperature is usually in the 50-70 degree range. Our 'freeze spells' never last long. This is Texas, we can have a 40 degree day one day & a 70 degree the next! We rarely have snow and it melts quickly.
Kingsland is a popular attraction for Winter snow birds, so come on down! Whether it's a weekend, a week, or a month or two, come to the Texas Hill Country and treat yourself and your family to a wonderful time on this constant-level lake! With 2300 sq. ft. there's plenty of elbow room.
