    The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa welcomes one dog up to 80 lbs for an additional fee of $130 per stay, and two dogs up to 80 lbs for an additional fee of $180 per stay. Well-behaved dogs may be left in the room unattended. Treats are available at the front desk. There are grassy relief areas on the property for pet relief. Cats are not accepted.       Didn’t live up to expectations

      Stunning property sadly becoming run down. Management has changed hands. Dog was not acknowledged in any way whatsoever, however there were other dogs there and the outside courtyard was great for our pup. 1 bone because they didn’t have our room ready at check-in until 8:30pm at night, which is unacceptable. And the next day our room keys didn’t work for no reason. Our friends' room had a broken out window pane. However, the hotel did give them a free night for that. We got drink vouchers. It’s a shame because the resort is stunning. I had a facial in the spa and it was wonderful.

      Dog Friendly Historic Hotel

      The staff was welcoming and the grounds were expansive for dog walks. The hotel shows its age in a lot of areas but it is wonderfully and beautifully historic. Our visit was in the shoulder season when services available would be expectedly light but the food was excellent and the staff was happy to accommodate our to-go order requests. BringFido has been a great resource for us in the past and were great again this time.

      Great Location!

      We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was pet friendly for our lab who enjoyed the nearby hikes and dog park. He was tuckered out hiking the preserve and plenty of safe places to relieve himself. Room was very clean and comfortable.

      Old Creepy Room

      Very expensive for a room that was located not in the main resort building. The “1811 house” besides my room had work force housing staying in the same building. Literally had staff eating their meals on my balcony. Wouldn’t stay there again.
