      Needs updates

      The Lodge at Suncadia is at an absolutely stunning location. The facility and rooms need updating! There was only 1 elevator in use for the entire lodge. In our room the mattress of the pullout was literally a piece of foam sponge, the handle on the bathtub was broken off, the shower drain was slow enough to collect a couple of inches of water during each shower, one of the stove burners didn’t work and there was a thick layer of ice build up on the top shelf of the inside of the fridge. The WiFi didn’t work at all in part of the suite, needed to be in the bedroom area to have WiFi. Hyatt charges a premium and includes a pricey resort fee given what’s available and the condition of the resort.

      Always welcoming to dogs, and the location is great for extended walks/hikes with your pet!
