Expensive dog fee, no treats, no water bowl. Rooms all on second floor with really steep stairs that were hard on our old dog. Room was nicely remodeled and clean.
The location is in the town so you’re right next to everything! The staff was so friendly when we checked in. It was nice and quiet inside the hotel the whole time. Our pup loved it too; they had little doggie bones at the check-in desk!
Hotel does not allow pets on the furniture. We arrived early and was not able to check-in early due to not having many rooms and the full vacancy. Checking out was easy. They have a dedicated parking lot which was nice.
The hotel is just fine. The location is the key. Only 3 bones because there is so much more potential to the property. For example, they have a back deck with a great view of the mountains, to be enjoyed with your favorite beverage, but it has few chairs, no shade, and in need of deck painting. So much potential. But it was a fine place to stay.
We stayed here and the staff was friendly, very friendly. The only requests were not to put dogs on the furniture and leave dog unattended. They will get the dog out. I honestly can say it is outdated, but it's part of the town. Really close parking spot. Huge grass field are across the street. It's totally fine. In the heart of the town, so it's awesome. Shout out to the staff who work there. They are the reason this hotel is 5 bones.
The Bavarian Ritz is 100% dog friendly. The front desk personnel were polite, friendly and accommodating. You can't beat the location! I will definitely be staying there on my return trips!
