The staff was friendly. The hotel is gross. Appreciate the ability to have pets stay there. But will not be going back unless there is an emergency while traveling.

I rarely write reviews. I had to write this one. Their website describes the hotel as "premium lodging." Not even close. The pictures are an inaccurate depiction of the rooms. The hotel is run down and hasn't been renovated ever. Our room was filthy. Stains on the sheets, on the floor. Pillows are lifeless lumps that look 30 years old. Same with the lumpy lopsided mattress. The bed was so nasty that we didn't stay. I left at 9pm at night to find a clean hotel. I paid for 2 nights which I never even used because the place was so gross. I do not regret leaving, even after wasting the payment. Do not stay here!

The person at the front desk clearly does not like his job. He barely spoke. He didn’t apologize when our key didn’t work, or when we and our dog cooked all night, because he put us in a room where the a/c didn’t work. We could not check in early. I was told at 3:15 that check in time was 4:00, to come back in 1/2 hour. That makes no sense. The place was obviously not booked up. We also requested a king bed, after he gave us the key, he said: the room had 2 queen beds, no extra charge. I said we should get a discount, because we wanted a king. No response. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but we had a lousy night, as did our poor dog who panted all night. The room we were given was very far from the door. There was no good place for walking her outdoors. I would have given zero bones, if that were an option. Awful.

Safe Stay: Summit Inn has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks and hand sanitizer are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Cashless payment is available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
