The hotel front desk is located in the hotel restaurant and available for check-in between 4pm and 10pm weekends and other times by appointment. Early or after hours arrivals can be arranged by calling the resort at least 24 hours in advance. Parking is free of charge but limited. Bookings are all GUARANTEED and require 48 hours advance notice or the Guest will be charged; EXCEPT during Holiday and Festival weekends all bookings are non cancelable and non refundable once made.
