Disgusting! Smelly rooms. Booked on BringFido and, while it is obvious you can have pets due to the smell in the room, there is NO PET AREA! I asked at front desk just to be sure. There is garbage and other paraphernalia all the way around the building in the paved area and a few flower beds with some shrubs in them. There was a pretty steady stream of homeless people walking on the sidewalk every time I went out and there was a loose dog roaming the streets. If the let smell in the room does not bother you, the air freshener they blast in surely will. I have been in the room for a total of about a half hour and have a headache already. I cannot imagine how the poor dogs are feeling. I am so very sad… this is a total disaster

We had a comfortable stay with our dog. The staff was very helpful and the facility was clean. We did not eat breakfast as there is a fine restaurant next door. We would stay here again.
