I read reviews and was hoping for the best, not good. At check-in I was informed that their computer system wasn’t working and that I could pay cash. I said that wouldn’t be possible. I was then told that they had an ATM in the lobby. I said that would not be an option for me. The clerk then called his “boss” who said to get me to pay cash. I felt very uncomfortable and was ready to leave. The lobby was a large “convention” area that was run down and dirty looking. There were maybe 10 cars in the lot which gave the appearance of this large hotel being fairly deserted. After finally getting into a room it was hot and stuffy. We could not get the temperature in the room below 78 all night. Would definitely not recommend.

The room it self is fairly roomy, but that is where the compliments stop. It doesn’t look like they even maintain the pet area. It’s filled with weeds and garbage. They are also just waiting to catch you not telling them that you have a dog or two with you so they can fine you. My husband and I ate at the bar. It took way too long to get our food and it was almost an inconvenience for the bartender to even wait on us. Don’t stay here if you can help it.

Completely disorganized, disappointing and frustrating. They did not know we were traveling with pets even though we booked through this site AND I put it in the notes. They stuck us in a room next to an entrance, elevator and ice maker with huge floor to ceiling windows into the atrium where everyone walked by. Ummm, let's think about that for a second. We are traveling with dogs so let's put them in the busiest, noisiest spot possible. Took an hour from trying to check in to switching to a quieter section because people were being given keys to rooms already occupied, put in dirty rooms or there were missing reservations. It was a nightmare. There was only one person at the desk and no manager. Thankfully, an employee came in to have dinner and saw the line of disgruntled customers and got behind the desk. She was great. Also, no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Positives: bed was comfortable and the coffee pot was a Keurig.

Place for the dogs to use is pea graveled and not clean. We used the grassy area and cleaned up after our dog but most people had not. Disappointed with guy that checked us in he was rude and not helpful, didn’t tell us best route to our room. Ask him where stairs where and got told at both ends of the building.
