Pet Friendly Campgrounds in McIntosh, FL

Southern Hammock allows a maximum of 2 pets of any size per RV site for no additional fee. Pets must be leashed on property grounds and may not be left unattended at any time.

Dogs are allowed at Paynes Prairie State Park Campground, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. There are no pet fees. For more information on pet restrictions, please call (352) 466-3397.

Dogs are allowed at Lake Waldena Resort, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle. They have doggie walks and it is Mandatory that you pick up after your pets. Your pets are not allowed in the playground or swimming area. Excessive barking is not allowed and your pets must be kept under control at all times. Friendly, well-behaved dogs are allowed at Whispering Pines RV Park, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle. There is a two pet limit. Pets must be non-aggressive. Pets must be up to date on all vaccines. Pets may not be left unattended outside at anytime, nor inside the RV if they create a nuisance, and must be picked up after immediately.
