Mishandled our dog's remains!
BEWARE! Do not bring your pet here. we had to make the difficult decision to put our beloved 14 year old French bulldog down here. We had agreed and paid to have him cremated and instead they allowed for someone from animal control to come into their facility and take our dog. We later found out he was mass cremated and we would not be able to receive his ashes. They offered us a refund but no one has taken responsibility for this horrific incident. They took the closure away from our entire family and they have nothing to say! Shameful!
