Extreamly Bad Service, cost us a lot of money
We had a service dog who was unable to attend a couple of the excursions on the dates of March 14th and 15th of 2017. This was recommended by our paid resort, the Sheraton. We arranged pickup at 7:30 and 8:00 for the two days. On those mornings arranged for pickup there was a no show. For the first excursion, a whale watching/snorkeling trip, the mother had to stay behind while the father and two children went depressed and crying. The whale show was beautiful and sad at the same time. For the second trip, we decided not to go however in both cases re lost the excursion fees of about $320 American. As a service business this was absolutely terrible and was the only negative we had on our trip.
