My dog had to have his tail amputated after leaving here....
Do not bring your pet here for a groom. It seems the new people Charlotte has hired have no clue what they're doing. My dog Gibson came in for a routine groom and ended up having to get his tail amputated because the groomer (who looked and sounded like she was messed up on something) got his tail stuck in a dremel and broke it! Go somewhere else for the sake of your pets. Gibson had to have 60% of his tail amputated and is currently having trouble going up and down stairs, as well as his balance being off. This is not okay.
