State of the Art Facility with Small Town People
The staff at Lake Anna Veterinary Hospital go above and beyond. Besides the new facilty with the ability to do just about anything, the staff is AH-MAZE-ING.
Being in a rural area, we've had the unfortunate experience of having a dog hit by a car. One of the staff at Lake Anna happened to be on their way home from work when they saw Caddy get hit. They stopped. When they realized that nothing could be done, they sat with her and held her until she passed, telling me later that "no pet should have to die alone like that."
Dr. Slovis recently performed CCL surgery on our dog, Mia. I was frightened because of all of the nightmares I had heard about recovery. He assured me that all was well and her recuperation time was a fraction of the stories that others tell.
