Had an emergency today and my vet was not in the office today so i went to the closest place petsmart alliance. well first off when we got there they never greeted us with a hello. the first question was have you been here before I told them i have a bleeding cat who needs stitches so they sent us into a room. when the vet came in he never said hello, never told us him name nothing! just said lets see what we have here. then he looked at the wound and was saying ooooohhhhooohhh. he says lets take his temperature opps dont have thermometer be right back when he does come back and take my cats temp he never even touches my cat just sticks the temp gage in as my cat is squirming around just moves the temp around while my cat is squirming around....could of ruptured my cat! i prob should of calmed down before writing this but i wanted to rem everything..so he says i will be right back with an estimate! comes back with an astronomical amount and i said that is too much for stitches meanwhile someone else walks into the room and he tells her that i have declined their services and she rolls her eyes!!!! i was so amazed that this is how a company treats people !! we left immediately. I will never ever take any of my pets to banfield again even to get flea med! customer service is not at all their priority much less my animals!! never again ..two thumbs down to banfield alliance

This is my second time at a banfield hospital and i must say it was not even close to my forst experience. The staff was pushy and talked down toe as if i dont know my own pet. When i walked into the latient room hair was flying everywhere and there was fluid from some other pet on the floor... Gross! The tech that i spoke was just as grungy and vet was rude. I doubt i will be taking my dog back to this location, ever! Only plus was that they were quick, but that could be written off to their poor bed side manner and attention to cleanliness.

I became a fan of Petsmart - Alliance. I read some pretty scary reviews as well as good ones so I was naturally nervous dropping off my Lab, Brooklyn. My nerves are settled The staff is great and now know my dog and treat her well. Brooklyn gets excited the second we pull into the parking lot. Great place!!

Not sure what the over reviewers are talking about, I was very pleased with my Lab Bella and her stay at the hotel. The staff were super affectionate with her and seemed to actually care about her well being. I watched her play in camp with one of the girls and she seemed to love it. They even pointed out a spot on her back to me that I hadn't noticed that turned out to be the beginnings of a hot spot. I would take my dog here any day. The staff are all so sweet to, loved the girl when we dropped off, not sure on her name but she looked Hispanic (stated with a J I think?). And the guy when we picked her up, Shawn (Sean?) was great and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied and that Bella had a good stay. I would come back any day!

I board my lab there for 5 days. Came home to find that he must have laid in his own urine for days. His scrotum was swollen and raw and bright red!!! No one there noticed and they gave him an exit bath a few hours before we picked him up. The assistant manager is the one who worked with him that day and didn't seem to concerned. Kept telling me she never noticed anything. She had to have been blind!!!! Had to take him to our vet and $100 later he is on anti-inflammatory and antibiotic to prevent infection. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this location!!!

Many thanks to the wonderful veterinary staff at the Banfield emergency pet clinic! I work with a nonprofit rescue group and one of our foster dogs came to us in bad shape Friday night... we ended up rushing him to Banfield late Saturday evening and the wonderful staff stopped everything and rushed him into surgery right away (at 8:30 at night!) They were very flexible in working with our rescue group, and most importantly, gave our puppy excellent care. The staff was very friendly and the vet was very knowledgeable. I would definitely trust my personal pets to their care any time!

My husband and I went on a weekend get away to a B&B. We had never boarded our german shepard mix named Baxter before. We talked to the groomer while getting Baxter checked in to his hotel and gave her instructions to trim his winter coat off ( it was fluffy and shedding all over the place) Underneath his coat is his summer coat which was short much like a labs. We went to pick him up at the groomers because that was instructions after he had gotten done. I was first concerned because the groomers did not have our dog in the system... even though they had just groomed him less then 30 min ago. So I went to the pet hotel and was completly horrified to find that they had shaved all of his hair off except for his head and legs... WTF?? He looks like a rat and to top it off they cut his neck. These ppl are stupid and have no clue what they are doing... Beware
