Lack of exercise can cause stress and frustration which is why many times we come home with a destroyed shoe or the entire contents of our trash can in the middle of our living room floor!

Since a child I have been blessed to share my living space variety of companion animals (dogs, guinea pig, fish, birds). Private and semi-private dog walks --- We believe socializing is good for your dog, but never walk dogs in packs. We walk your dog with a dog friend whose company he enjoys and will not walk more than 3 dogs at once. Prefer a private walk? Just say the word. We finish the walk with a text or email update.

At-home pet visits --- Each visit includes: love & attention to each pet, fresh food & water, dog-walking, litter-scooping, administration of pet meds, bringing in the mail-newspaper-packages, rotating lights on and off, plant- watering --- in general, keeping your household running smoothly while you’re away. We’ll also email you a report about your pet. A pet visit lasts 30-45 minutes.

Overnight pet sitting --- We stay in your home from 8pm-8am. Each visit includes: love & attention to each pet, fresh food & water, dog-walking, litter-scooping, administration of pet meds, bringing in the mail-newspaper-packages, rotating lights on and off, plant- watering --- in general, keeping your household running smoothly while you’re away. Dog walks on arrival, before bedtime, after waking & prior to leaving are included. We recommend an additional walk or sitting be booked to ensure your pet has relief during the day.

Wanderpups was founded because we like dogs, the outdoors and walking. Our goal is to provide excellent service, but our inspiration is, and always will be, animal advocacy. That's why we donate a portion from every walk to a local rescue organization. It is really hard to give back with limited time and resources, but this is our way to make a difference. If you ever need a service that you don't see listed, please let us know and we will work with you to fill your needs. We view dog walking as much more than having someone let your dog out to use the bathroom. Walks are about allowing your dog to get out and explore the sights, sounds and smells of the city.
