I stopped to eat here with my boyfriend and 7 month old corgi on our way back from the beach. We were greeted enthusiastically by every server in the restaurant (as well as the manager), seated within the spacious patio and promptly given a clean and fresh bowl of water. The staff took polite turns giving our pup all natural treats throughout our meal paying - even bringing out a housemade baked fish skin roll at the end! The human food was good too! The three of us had a enjoyable and restful stop through Raleigh thanks to Plates.

I went to this place to have dinner with my husband and my English bulldog, I had my dog inside a stroller (because he had a surgery on his knee) and they made the space for us and the stroller, all waitresses were super nice with my dog and they even gave him a special salmon treat. I highly recommend it!

Partially covered patio, waiter offered dehydrated fish skins to the pups, water bowls around make them feel welcomed. Beer was good too!

The food was excellent, the service very friendly and prompt, and they were extra friendly to our pooch with a bowl of water for him upon arrival. Well done!

I was looking for a dog-friendly place on Glenwood and stumbled upon Plates. The food is awesome and the staff is even better. The owner came out and spoke with me for a while about the neighborhood, and the waitress gave some nice recommendations as well. They brought a bowl of water for my dog as we sat on the patio and brought baked fish-skin treats they make just for dogs. How cool is that! The food is all home-made they said, and you could taste the difference. Definitely will be coming back.
