Starbucks on North Loop West in Houston, TX, provides dog-friendly tables outside to enjoy a coffee or tea with Fido. Although there isn't a full dog menu, they do offer Puppuccinos (small cups of whipped cream) upon request! Please note that table service isn't available, so your pup needs to wait outside while you go in to order. Or, there's a convenient drive-thru window. Their vast menu for humans includes a broad range of coffee drinks, tea, cold brews, and their popular Frappuccino in tons of customizable flavors. You can also find a light bite with breakfast sandwiches, bagels, parfaits, protein boxes and baked treats.

Let me come in and order with pup then brought our coffees and pup cup to the patio!

Obvi just a Starbucks, but Abby and I love the one on the north loop. The staff is friendly and it's just the right amount of busy. And sitting outside we get to watch cars and coffee-deprived folks come in. Definitely ask for a doggie latte.
