Coffee shop and cafe in a restored farmhouse along Bullfrog Valley Rd (in the Hershey Center for Applied Research park). Coffee from Square One in Lancaster, ice cream from the famous Penn State Creamery and a good variety of sandwiches, salads, desserts and healthy options. Dogs welcome at outdoor tables, and water is always available. Dog treats offered for sale at the cafe as well. Cute Place For People
This is a super cute place for people and the food and coffee are good, but since this is a review regarding dog-friendliness, it’s not the beat choice. As another visitor commented, if it’s just you and your pup, this place isn’t for you. While dogs are allowed on the patio, and they sell dog treats inside, there is no outside service, and you can’t go in with your dog. I was also glad I took water for him because they didn’t have water bowls.

Great location and outdoor seating
We made a pit stop here kn our way to Washington, DC. Chloe loved the grounds, which are full of smells and gave us an opportunity to stretch our legs. The food and coffee were great, as was the outdoor patio. I suggest you bring your own water and bowl, the one they had out looked dirty.

great view
Patio seating with dogs, beautiful scenery. They don't usually serve you so it would be difficult to order if you have dogs as they cannot go inside. Food was good but pricey for serving size. Nice walking trail/park to walk the dogs nearby
