Vigilante Coffee
Huge variety of excellent coffee. But not cheap ($3-4 per cup). And dogs really truly welcome with free treats at the register and a water bowl out front. It's a little hard to find a block off Rte 1 (Balt Ave), a block or two north of the Courthouse.
