Cute little place all decorated for Christmas. Kayley was our waitress and she brought Dori water as soon as we sat down. Food and drinks were great.
- JoyceNov 20, 2023Great for dogs!
The patio was great for us and the staff all loved on our dog. Even gave him a treat of bacon (of course they asked first!)

We had a great time at this restaurant. We went to Wormsloe in the morning and stopped here for lunch. They went out of their way to make sure my babies were well watered and cool. They even brought out extra ice to keep the water bowl they provided cool and the fans were on. It was wonderful and so was the food! Highly recommend Driftaway Cafe!
- FabianMay 27, 2023FABULOUS FOOD WITH THE COMPANY OF YOUR PUPS!!!
Great please to enjoy with your pups! People are extremely friendly with dogs, space and ambiance are fabulous but most of all the food is absolutely scrumptious! Spectacular service! A must do when in Savannah!

We went to Driftaway Cafe today because we found it on Bring Fido and it’s near Skidaway Island State Park. The staff were so friendly and generous to us and our big mutt! We sat outside on their back garden patio that had a cute and secluded atmosphere. The menu is extensive with so many great choices. We had the BLFGT and Blackened Fish Sandwich and both were amazing! We will definitely be going back whenever we are in the area!

We always make a stop at Driftaway Cafe for dinner with the pups when visiting Savannah. The friendly staff loves dogs and they are welcome on the front and back patios - both of which are covered for shade - or the cute grotto area. The food is fantastic and some of the best we've had in Savannah. Try their fresh fish dishes, salmon BLT, and fresh salads. You can't go wrong with one of their desserts, too.

Local highly recommended, we went for brunch. It was... good. Nothing special. The crab cakes were delicious, so I suspect the lunch/dinner seafood entrees are probably much better than brunch. Dogs clearly welcome, but server didn’t offer water or even really notice the dog. At end of meal, the manager(?) came out and loved on the dogs and gave treats. All in all, good place to go if you are traveling with your pup, decent, although not outstanding food.

Ace and Roxy enjoyed their time on the back patio of Driftaway Cafe. Grouper catch of the day was delicious. Tuna tartare was outstanding. Highly recommend.
- DarcyMore than a year agogreat stop if visiting Wormsloe
Very dog friendly and completely catered to our dog. Service was great and the back porch was beautiful. I had the blackened salmon tacos, messy but very good.
- MeggonApr 4, 2018Excellent outdoor patio
Definitely check out the back patio. It’s a beautiful floral setting. Pleasant and dog friendly staff!!
