- MidoriMay 13, 2023Food was good
Food was good but I’m not sure about dog friendly points. They didn’t give us water for dog and the doggie menu until I asked. Also the seating is a bit crowded. I think I’ll be back by myself (only human) but not with my dog.

This restaurant is at the airport, so you have stunning views and get to see the airplanes fly in and out. Our waiter brought water to my dog and everyone was friendly. Plus it was some of the best food I’ve ever had.
- VinceDec 24, 2022Wonderful view and service
They have a nice inclosed patio with a wonderful view of the mountains and planes flying in and out. There was plenty of room for our two large dogs to lay next to us. The waiter brought a large dog bowl of water right after we ordered our beers. We did not eat but the food brought to the other tables looked great! We definitely recommend this place.
- NicoleNov 22, 2022Dog friendly
it was dog friendly on the patio and had a dog menu, but the service for both dog and puppy parent was poor
- MadilynNov 15, 2022Amazing
A couple we saw on the hiking trail suggested this restaurant to us and I’m glad they did. they treat your pups so well and have a dog menu ! amazing views as well
- PatsyJun 21, 2022Great place to eat and watch air traffic.
the outdoor patio was nice but a tad stuffy ( no circulation) and I did not notice any fans. That did not matter because of the treatment of our two puppies. they brought water to the dogs but I had to ask them to clean it as it already had water from a pervious pet (reason for giving 4 bones other than that I would give it 5 bones). super nice to the puppies and food was amazing. would definitely go again!!
- CarleenAug 8, 2021Nice patio!
They accommodated our large dog (though they did put us right by the door, which wasn't great for other people) and seemed to really enjoy her company! She had a bowl of ice water at all times and a cheesy omelet. She seemed happy and our food was delicious too!
- IndiaAug 7, 2021Great place to eat mid summer
beginning of august with 100+ temp outside we sat at their outdoor patio and it was not that hot. they have a ton of fans going (we also have a personal fan for our dog) they brought filtered ice water to our dog right away and they gave him a ton of treats. they also have a dog menu with everything we saw around 10$ a meal for the dogs. for people the food and drinks were great. the blackened salmon Caesar salad was amazing as well as their house salad. I was worried about the temp. with outdoor seating in the middle of a summer day but we were not hot at all. we also saw a plane land while there. waiters were super nice. very beautiful place. we went around 2pm on a Saturday and we were seated right away. when we were there they only did brunch menu all day on Saturday but food is so good and reasonably priced, especially for the area.
- MaryJul 13, 2021Breakfast
we had a wonderful breakfast with our dog on the patio at Mesa Grill. Our dog got water immediately, and our waitress Lisa showed us the dog menu and Romy enjoyed venison stew. The potatoes are awesome, we had a wonderful time. Recommend a visit with your puppy.
- AnnJan 5, 2021Very dog friendly and great views
Had breakfast here with our 2 collies. Service all around was excellent. Views were beautiful and breakfast was yummy. Will be back.
Very dog accommodating. You have no idea how much that means to people traveling with big dogs.
Thank you - NoreenAug 22, 2020Great With Dogs!

Wonderful seating on patio with dogs, called ahead to make sure we are good with added 3 dogs to dinner!!! Fast seating, dogs had water before we did and it was perfect. Dinner was wonderful everyone on the patio loved the dogs or had dogs of their own. Loved the dog menu!!! We will be back!!!!
- ChristineJul 4, 2020Worth It!
Incredible service for our family and our pup. We brought food for him, but was thrilled to see a few items actually on the menu for dogs! Fun to watch the small planes take off and land. Great view!
- KateFeb 9, 2020Super Dog Friendly
Great food, items on the menu for dogs, good views! 10/10 would go back! ❤️
- JustineOct 30, 2019INCREDIBLE VIEW DOG MENU TOO
This place is beautiful, the food is gourmet for humans and dogs alike, and the price is totally reasonable for the value provided. If you’re here in the cold season, the patio is heated and blankets are available as well. Kind service and delicious food.
- SandyAug 5, 2019Pet Friendly and Great View!
Our food was wonderful. Service was great and friendly. Our pup was given water and we ordered the chicken breast for her. She loved it. Patio is covered and great view of the runway and mountains.
- KristinApr 22, 2019Disappointed
After reading all the great reviews we were super excited to try it out. When we got to the restaurant there was a wait. We asked for table on patio so our dog could join us. We waited for our text telling us the table was ready. As soon as we got the text we saw the hostess, she was annoyed saying it took us too long to respond and then tried to seat us inside without the dog. We asked to please sit on the patio because we were with our dog. This seemed to bug her but she did get us a table on the patio. No one offered water to my dog and I had to ask twice before they brought water to my pup. I ordered the raw patty for Suki (my dog)and when they served us our food they forgot Sukis dinner. We were almost done with our meal before her dinner patty showed up. The food was good and fortunately Suki gobbled up her dinner in minutes so it all worked out in the end but it certainly wasn’t the vip treatment I expected after reading the other reviews. It was a disappointment. Must have caught them on a bad night. :-(
- DallasMar 31, 2019Good food and great atmosphere!
We really enjoyed Mesa Grill! It was our introduction to Bring Fido, and we had such a good experience here that we use it in every city we pass through now. The food was great, the staff was friendly. They do have a menu specifically for the dog with items that come in a metal bowl. We got our pup chicken on top of a bed of actual dog food. The view from the patio is great, and they do have heaters out when it is cooler because it is pretty windy at that elevation. We would definitely go again!
- TanyaMar 27, 2019Great Food And A Nice View
The food was fantastic and the patio had a great view. They were great with our dog and brought him some water while we ate. I really liked the outdoor seating off the patio. Cool little spot. Worth the stop.

- CarolMore than a year agodoggie menu and human food too
Just went today, after reading reviews. With two big damp retrievers who had played in Oak Creek, my husband and I went for an 11am breakfast. The patio was great, dogs got a bowl as soon as we were seated. Doggie menu was great-they we’re out of kibble but my girls dined on chicken with some venison stew dog food. They loved it. We liked our food too—huevos rancheros and chicken breakfast tacos served hot and prompt. Great service and really dog friendly servers. This is a great find and is about a mile away from the Sedona dog park so they could go play and potty after lunch.
- CarleeMore than a year agoGreat dinner for whole family
We went for dinner on Christmas Eve with our dog. He was served water right away and had the venison stew from the doggie menu. He loved it and so did we. Was so nice to bring him somewhere that he was not only tolerated but welcomed as a dinner guest.

Third time to the grille. Lovely views and great breakfast! Our waitress was a bit off but the food and view made up for it. Going back for dinner.
- RickMore than a year agoDoggie meals offered on the menu!
Not only does this restaurant have selections for your pooch, the head chef posted his personal cell number to call if your dog isn't offered a bowl and water upon being seated.
