Spacious and charming patio, dog friendly, water bowls available. Really excellent brunch, and open nice and early. We enjoyed the crab Benedict, blueberry pancakes, coffee, grapefruit juice, and mimosas. Our dog liked the cool tiles and mix of sun and shade. We were treated to some lovely acoustic guitar music.

We had a good lunch and they had water bowls ready on a warm day. Good lunch too.
