  Good Food, So-so Service

  We stopped here to eat as we were passing thru Dallas because we needed a place that allowed dogs. We seated ourselves on the patio and then I went to tell someone we were there. I don't know if it is because we were the only ones on the patio or because we had 3 different people wait on us while we were there but our service was lackluster at best. We ordered an appetizer and after 20 minutes or so they finally came to ask if we had gotten it, which we hadn't. When they brought out the appetizer they didn't bring us any silverware or napkins so we had to ask for it. We then had to ask for a spoon since they only brought us forks and for ketchup to go with our fries. Out of the several trips they had to make, they never offered to refill our drinks until we asked for it. However they did eventually get us everything we asked for and were pleasant. Their outdoor patio area is small and the tables weren't too clean but it was sufficient for our needs and the location right off I-20 was convenient and easy to get to. On the bright side, the food was good so we would definitely give them another chance to give us better service.
