    Pet-friendly Dugan's Pub is a cozy and quaint Irish pub near the Back Mountain Trail and Frances Slocum State Park in Luzerne, PA. Their menu includes wings, burgers, pizza and a wide selection of local and national craft brews. Four-legged patrons receive complimentary, locally-made treats and a bottomless bowl of water.       Dimitri loved it!

      Great atmosphere and great vibes! I took my dog Dimitri here and they brought him a water bowl and a treat! It was such a great experience and he loved that they had a menu just for dogs. The owners are big time animal lovers and will treat you and your fur baby incredibly well! We’ll definitely be back!

      Great Place!

      This was our first visit and won’t our last :) staff was awesome and friendly. The treated our dog, Cappe, as if she was the most important person at the table. Amazing food! We got the Irish Pub Fries, Deep Friend Sicilian, Smokey Cheesesteak, and Fried Chicken Salad. We will be coming back.

      Excellent food, great deck

      We were traveling through the are with our Lab and needed food and a beer. Dugan's was a wonderful surprise. Food was excellent, everything made in house and they have a great beer selection too. Ubu (our lab ) was greeted with a bowl of ice water and biscuit. If we are traveling through the area again, we will be back.

      Great staff

      We had a doggy playdate at the nearby dog park and followed up with dinner at Dugan's. Staff was very friendly and attentive and our dogs got water bowls and treats from three dog bakery! The people really enjoyed everything too.

      Great back deck!

      One of our go to places all summer. Good food and drink and they even will make food for the doggos!

      Great Staff!

      We have eaten on the back deck here several times. They are always very friendly and accommodating to us and our dog. The staff seem to really love dogs and all stop to say hi. The food is very good as well but the service is what makes us keep coming back.
