This place is great. We had an awesome spot to watch the champions league final while our pup could rest or play at the fenced area if he wanted.

just down Central Ave from The Dog Bar which is also a great spot so a good combo for you and pup - TimothyAug 10, 2021I drove 200 miles to go to this bar . . . I would do it again!
I'm not one that frequents a bar. I have never wanted to return to any bar. I must go back to Ferg's. This is not a cookie cutter joint. No suit would create anything like this. Don't kid yourself, this is a beer joint. It serves food. The food is better than most joints, but there is no chef. It is a joint with somewhere north of 75 televisions. . .most outside under something acting as a roof. We sat next to the "dog park". This is an off leash area for your dog. Dogs are welcomed with open arms. Rules are common sense. In the off leash area . . "No dogs without people, No people without dogs."
We sat in something similar to a cabana. A wicker 'sofa' that could sit two easily or three very close friends, two wicker chairs and a coffee table. There was a 48 inch television for us. There must have been at least 20 of these. All dog friendly. There was a more traditional bar with walls and a roof. A full menu and bar. There is an area for competitive axe throwing. Weird, Hunh! Hey, It works. The place was packed. Be it known that John Taffer, the infamous New York mouth that claims to know everything about the bar business, could not figure this joint out.
The five of us , including the Bassett Hound, had a blast.
I will go back. . .with the dog . .and family. If you are near Tampa Bay, consider this for a fun afternoon.
Highly Recommended.

Plenty of seating in the patio and outdoor bar area!
- LindaNov 14, 2018Dog friendly, good food and drinks
For humans: This place is amazing!! There's so much great food to choose from, and beers too! I highly recommend this place. Great for anyone who wants to bring their dog out, have a good meal and beers.
For pets: The service here is consistently great, the servers always give my dog water or ask to pet her and acknowledge her. They provide big, non tippable water bowls.
There is a large and small dog area, which is off-leash and has seating for humans too! You can have your beers while your dog socialises!! The small dog area has a table with lounge/couch like seating.
The large dog area has two high top tables, and a TV. Food/drinks can be served in the dog areas however be mindful of the dogs. They also have a menu just for dogs!!
Seating: You can literally sit anywhere and bring your dog with you. Indoors and outdoors, there's high top seating, regular dining tables, there's a sports bar area and lots of TV's with whatever sport is on.
Parking: They have their own parking lot, and street metered parking.
