    Cafe 4 is an upscale, urban bistro situated in the heart of downtown Knoxville. They have about a dozen dog-friendly tables outside on the patio, but reservations are highly encouraged. The menu features several American classics with a modern take. You'll find shareable dishes like their Drunken Mussels as well as small plates, entrees, and specialty mac and cheese options. Cafe 4 offers a wide assortment of specialty cocktails, classic drinks, and other drinks. Happy hour is served Sunday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and every Wednesday evening is Ladies Night. Cafe 4 is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 9:30pm, Friday from 7:00am to 10:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 10:30pm, and Sunday from 9:00am to 8:30pm. Visit Website

      Great spot staffed by dog friends

      we sat outside and enjoyed drinks with the dog. they gave her some water and a treat and lots of love.

      Dog And People Friendly

      Took our our of town company and their dog to Cafe 4. Food and drinks were great and the service even better. Refilled the dog bowl multiple times for our furry visitor

      Upscale and pup friendly

      Delicious meal in a lovely setting on Market Square. The awning provided shade, and a fan overhead gave us a nice breeze while we ate. Food was upscale casual. Loved the Parmesan truffle oil fries. We had fish tacos and salads and all three meals were delicious. Waiter brought water for the pup.
