The Echo Lake Inn
The Echo Lake Inn offers pet-friendly tables outside during the summer. If you're bringing Fido, call ahead to see if the property is open for the general public. Built in 1840 as a Victorian summer hotel, in the past, the Inn has had visits from Calvin Coolidge, Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison. The restaurant, only open in the summer, offers daily specials and a set summer menu. The large plates on the summer menu include the roasted duck: crispy, oven-roasted, boneless breast of white Peking duck, served with Chef's inspired sauce. The Echo Lake Inn is open Monday through Thursday and the occasional weekend from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.
