Rincon Argentino brings a bit of Buenos Aires to Boulder. This dog-friendly restaurant has a few tables and a bar outside. Taking great care in using the highest quality ingredients available in the market, the Argentinian-born chef buys only locally raised natural meats and produce. The menu consists of lots of empanadas, sandwiches, and salads. If you've never tried an empanada before, you might want to give the tradicional steak a go, stuffed with steak, onions, red bell pepper, green olives, and spices. The menu also contains lots of vegetarian options. Rincon Argentino is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm and Friday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm.
