    The Oven

    The Oven features traditional Northern Indian cuisine prepared in an authentic Tandoor clay oven, such as chicken, lamb, and seafood entrees, vegetarian options, and other Indian classics. Fido is welcome to join you at dog-friendly outdoor seating! Try the classic Chicken Tikka marinated in yogurt and fresh ground spices, then cooked in the tandoor oven and served on rice. For a veggie option, don�t miss the Bhindi Masala: okra pieces cooked in a spicy onion sauce. Like most Indian restaurants, there are plenty of vegetarian entrees on the menu! The Oven is open 11:30am to 2:00pm for lunch Monday through Saturday, 5:30 to 9:30pm for dinner Sunday through Thursday, and 5:30 through 10:30pm Friday and Saturday. Visit Website

      Authentic & Incredible Indian food

      when I arrived in Lincoln I picked up a local restaurant guide , The Oven was the first one to catch my attention, and I was delighted to then find it on. BringFido. The restaurant is located in what is referred to as the Haymarket district and it is super cute with plenty of parking. If you get there after 6 PM parking is free. I had the vegetarian Thali and it was delicious. They have a spacious patio and brought out a water bowl for my service dog. The entire experience was delightful.
