Dessert is on the menu at this pet-friendly bakery in Elkridge, MD. Kupcakes & Co. is a past winner of the Cooking Channel's show, Cake Hunters. They offer over a dozen daily cupcakes including Red Velvet and Birthday Cake, as well as many gluten-free options, macarons, cookies, and homemade dog treats.
