There are street repairs going on as of August 2023, so they don't have tables outside for time being. Call them before you head out there and bring your dog!..

Having dinner at City Lights was a real pleasure. They had ample outdoor seating under shady trees, so it was very comfortable. The waiter brought water for Casey. The food was great. (I shared a little of my steak with Casey.) Very nice place.

great location on a walking mall. Our little Amish dog Cody has never liked machine noises and he sometimes gets stressed out dining next to a busy street. this location is very quiet and has shade from the beautiful trees. The food was very good. it is nice that they have creative vegetarian options. definitely recommend and look forward to visiting City lights again.

We were passing through Cumberland, MD on our way home to Pittsburgh and we wanted to eat dinner with our pup. We looked on the Bring Fido app and City Lights was listed but there weren’t any ratings. We decided to take a chance, and we’re really glad! We called to confirm that they accepted dogs and they had space for us on their patio- and the person we spoke to was very nice- they even reserved a table for us! When we got to City Lights, it was in a lovely setting- patio dining under beautiful trees in a pedestrian mall in the middle of town- there was even a concert going on, so we were treated to live music! Everyone was SO NICE and WELCOMING! They brought our dog water and were very attentive. The service and food were great! Brianna was our waitress- she worked very hard and did an excellent job! There is a lovely canal close by where you can walk with your dog after your meal. We had a wonderful experience and we recommend City Lights to anyone- dog or no dog!!!!
