Rubio's Coastal Grill

Rubio's Coastal Grill is a dog-friendly restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita where Fido can join you at one of eight outdoor tables. The menu combines fresh flavors from the sea with Mexican dishes. The signature dish is the beer-battered fish taco, made with Alaskan pollock and a recipe that hasn't changed since 1983. Seafood is also stuffed into burritos with options like salsa verde shrimp and surf and turf. For something a little lighter, try one of the Poke rice bowls.
