  So I'm not sure where to start the waiters was drunk/high when the 1st came tble. she was rude aspectfu after 15 min and no order we spoke to the manager smh he just as high also he sends another lady which is high and forgot r food 2 times and another 15 mins later we get moved and before they move us the 1st lady said ya my racist as she walked by our table, throwing her hands in the air and says yeah I'm racist when we ask her like what's the problem she informs us that their boss does not care because she gives a boss head on a platter so she don't care
  R 3rd waiter and another table later it's crazy outrageous terrible service I live in ohio and never seen this
  Lola the hosts was very nice and going out her way even tho the waitress was mean to her also where she felt she had to put her shirt on
  We spoke to the the manager again about how this lady keep looking at us taunting us
  This was one of they worst experiences ever

  Great spot!

  We had a very nice dinner at Urban Sombrero. The waitress brought water for our dog, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Service was a little slow, but they were pretty busy and maybe short staffed. We would go back!

  Wonderful location + owners

  we love ordering out from here so when we saw they were dog friendly we took our two pups (1 year and 5 months) to come have dinner on the patio and they were so nice and accommodating! tons of folks mentioned how good they were, they got lotsa pets from employee and patron alike. I’m not sure we will ever eat anywhere else. would give 10 bones if we could
