You can also customize your own pizza. Bollo also serves small plates and Italian entrees like the Linguine Carbonara or Chicken Parmesan. The bar offers a refreshing selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and champagne. Bollo is open Monday from 5pm to 10pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 11pm, and Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
