- RobertaMay 21, 2023Pet Friendly, Nice Staff, Enjoyable Lunch
We had a good lunch out on the veranda; our waiter, Tristan, was welcoming
- ErinSep 12, 2022Great food!
We love Zehnders! Whenever we make a trip to Frankenmuth we have to stop. I recommend that if you have a dog with you, to make a reservation first. We took our Barkley because of their pet friendly outdoor seating area, but they did not have a server outside for another hour when we got there. We did get our food to go, but if you want to sit and enjoy the amazing food, calling ahead is best :)

Outdoor patio is open when the weather is nice. They recommend calling ahead to be sure the patio is open and to reserve a table. Food was great

Went there with our pup and unfortunately it is no longer dog friendly, they said they closed down the patio....not clear if its permanent? You'd think they would extend it with the COVID pandemic
- CarrieJun 22, 2021Great service
Wonderful food and treated our dogs like customers too. Ate outside and watched people pass by striking up conversations about our pups. Jacob was so attentive offering water bowls to our pups.

We stopped at Zehnder’s for dinner and a stroll along Main Street.
Our table was outside, in front of the bar area. Very comfortable chairs and table however, they are high tops.
Our pup is tiny and she could sit her on my lap/ behind me when I ate (no openings in the back of the chairs).
If you have a big dog, bring a long leash.
They have a nice barrier between those walking on the street and the tables.
Excellent food and service! The bees weren’t too bad when we visited, we put a spoon of jam on the opposite side of the table and they stayed away from us.
