  Beautiful setting with delicious food

  After enjoying the ferry to Oriental we had a fantastic lunch! We met Jay who quickly helped us get set up on the outdoor patio over looking the River where we watched boats dock to refuel while we dined. Our pups relaxed after drinking cool water served to them by Jay. Our children devoured their 12” hot dog (shared with pups), crispy fries, grilled cheese to perfection (according to our son) & perfect seasoned and fried onion rings. The fried green beans with jalapeño ranch dressing were so delicious I couldn’t stop eating them. My husband said his crab cake was good and peel and eat shrimp were fresh and tasty. My ahi tuna burger was so delicious with wakami salad, although I prefer soy sauce and wasabi over the sauce served on the sandwich. The side salad was fresh with greens, cut tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage & Parmesan cheese was refreshing with the amazing jalapeño ranch dressing with just the right amount of heat and tanginess. We will definitely return as the food was fresh and delicious, service was delightful and personable, relaxing atmosphere as we were the only table on a late Monday afternoon. Oh, they are open for lunch!
