  Owners downright rude

  After visiting Chrissy Fields with our dogs, we took the scenic route home through Half Moon Bay to stop for a bite to eat, we usually go to The Fish Trap-but decided to stop at Princeton Seafood Co. and Restaurant instead. While waiting to place our order at their outside window- a waitress walks up and pours a pitcher full of water on the feet of a wooden statue that is right next to their ordering window-needless to say I am also splashed with water-and she walks away nothing is said. Right after that a man walks up with a bucket of water and throws it at the feet of the same statue, again nothing is said and he walks turns away. I turn to my husband and some people who are sitting nearby and ask what was that about? Everyone was just in disbelief. My dog didn't relieve himself on the statue, and to basically throw water at the foot of the statue while customers are waiting to order, without a word being said really shows a lack of respect to their paying customers. We all agreed they the waitress and the man were downright rude. If they don't want dogs in their outside patio put a sign up. No worries we will take our business elsewhere and we will. So beware if traveling with your pooch and planning on having a bite to eat don't spend your money at this place, unless you don't mind having water thrown right next to you and getting wet. I have never in all my years experienced anything like this kind of behavior from owners of a business. Yes I checked their website and the bucket man was an owner.
