  Visited with my yellow lab and goldendoodle. Had water bowl delivered as soon as we sat down, much appreciated! Been here before, without dogs, first time with. Very accommodating. The staff loved both of them.

  Great place to get a bite to eat, have a cold beer and listen to great music. My dog was welcomed and petted and loved.

  Super Friendly

  Our waitress was very friendly towards our dog. She immediately offered to get him water as soon as she seated us. This place has great vibes overall. Definitely recommend!

  I’m not one to review places but this one was awesome. Super friendly staff greeted us with a cold water bowl. Great food , right on the water. Can’t beat it

  Very good food and atmosphere. Too many drinks to mention and all we tried were good. They bring your pet a water bowl and treat them as a patron as well.

  Funky Fun Key West

  Great Key West spot with water views, live music and good bar food. Visit several times a year and our pup is always greeted with a water bowl and some treats. The way Key West should be: laid back, funky and fun.

  Water view, happy puppies

  We went for brunch. The service was fast and the food was tasty. This is a casual joint, so don't expect anything fancy. But, food is tasty, vibes are good, and dogs are treated like guests :)

  The staff is amazing they are busy busy and always bring ice water asap for our Jeepie. This is our all time favorite place always good music the best food and the staff is number one.

  Came here July 2015 after reading the great reviews. Lunch was OK nothing special, beverages were in small cups. Would not be a must visit on our next trip. It is still great that this business supports pet owners on vacation. Location is nice to look at the boats&water.

  Every time we go to the wharf our 4 leg friend is meet with water bowl and plenty off head rubs, he is treated like a king with treats of bacon. We can't walk bye without him wanting to go in

  Restaurant is very dog friendly. They brought out a bowl of water and some treats for the puppies. The food need some assistance. More like barfood then a restaurant.

  what a welcome!

  We were headed to the Schooner Wharf Bar for lunch and before getting to the entrance one of the waitresses asked if our dog would like some water. We were very impressed since they didn't know at that point that we were headed there for lunch. You can sit with your pet anywhere in the outdoor dining area. As soon as we were seated a bowl of water with ice was brought for our dog. That was followed up in short order by several pieces of bacon. The food was very good and not overpriced. Schooner Wharf gets added to our list of pet friendly places in Key West. It was a great time

  Amazing!

  If our dog could live here, he would. When we arrived at the restaurant, they brought him a giant bowl of ice water, and EVERYONE stopped to pet and play with him. The chef came out and brought him some bacon while we waited on our food. For the human side- live music, good food and drinks and a great Key West local place. If you are looking to get away from everyone from the cruise ships, and hang out for a few hours or just get something to eat or drink, definitely stop in. You won't regret it. We had a hard time leaving!

  Inventive Drinks

  April 2014 No problem seating us, they said sit anywhere when we were pretty accustomed to sitting on the outskirts of places. We only had drinks and they we're excellent! Pain Killer was unexpectedly good, try it. Nice view of marina and boardwalk if you want to people watch. They brought water for dog and didn't say anything about the dog on my lap. They have great merchandise with dogs on it, including bandanas and leashes for dogs. Seeing we didn't have anything but drinks but trying to bring up that bad rating from 2010 we're going 5 bones.

  Bar Food Dogs Welcome

  Easy parking in nearby pay lot, above average bar food, dogs got Corona buckets to drink from. Eclectic clientele, hippie decor.

  Fun place!

  This bar/restaurant has a great atmosphere, friendly service, beautiful location and yummy food and drinks. We walked here with our dogs to grab a drink and listen to the music while the sun set. They welcomed us and the pups. Definitely go here!!

  A Great Experience

  If you want a restaurant that has no hassle entry for doggie dining this is it. Dined 12/27/12 about 6pm, many other people, saw one other table with dog as well. We come here often. Food is good.

  Really glad we came here with the dogs. Super friendly reception, our server loves dogs and couldnt have been more friendly to ours. Great location right on the water. Would definitely return!

  The most pet friendly!

  ...the most bones should go to this "pet friendly" place. Granted the food is only above average "bar food" but the service, location, and atmosphere make this a daily visit for us while vacationing! Rumor has it the reason KW had to establish an ordinance was due to a complaint filed against Schooner (from a dog hater). But Kudos to Schooner for being the first to allow our dogs back in...and in a more welcoming fashion than ever before! According to a new ordinance [Chapter 109 Dogs in Public Food Service Establishments] restaurants need to apply for a permit with “Code” at the city of Key West to allow dogs in their eatery. Many of the previous pet friendly places have done so, while others have not in protest. In KW fashion they may or may not honor the code. So, be sure to call ahead to see what they welcome.

  Great place to bring your dog. Tequila got her own bowl of water. Nice view of marina. Nice doggy bandannas for sale. Food is good.

  About the only place that allows dogs

  This may be about your only option -- 12/20/2010. Many restaurants were were not dog friendly but this was sure was -- the food and service was not that great but if having your dog(s) with you is important -- this may be one of your only choices.
