my daughter and I went around 2:00 pm yesterday and nobody was at the entrance so we made our way to the patio as we had our dog with us. As we walked up a gentleman told us we needed to use our phone to order then it would be brought to us. We ordered the tuna dip, shrimp dip and I had a mojito, the tuna dip was ok but the shrimp dip was awful and my mojito tasted like a glass of iced simple syrup . I asked the girl who brought my drink for a cup of water for my daughter because you had no option to order it on your phone with your food and she said “it’s going to be a few minutes I’m busy”…..first off all they do is bring your food and secondly there were maybe 2 other tables she had to serve. I paid $50ish for way below average food and terrible service so I don’t recommend.

We checked in with the hostess who mumbled it would be a 30 minute wait on Tuesday night. No one acknowledged our dog and this joint was supposedly pet friendly. We went to the bar and an angry bartender made our night worse. We decided to leave . Sorry that we drove all the way from Miramar Beach to feel unwanted.

- KristinMay 18, 2020Super Nice Staff!
We took my 2 year old lab/golden mix and she was greeted with a bowl of ice water and their doggie food options didn’t disappoint! She devoured the dog hamburger in no time and enjoyed getting to show off her tricks on the deck while listening to live music. Then we went for a walk on the dock to watch the boats come in. Highly recommend for doggie parents to take their fur kids!

While in Destin, we visited many dog friendly places (thanks, Bring Fido!). Out of all of them, this was by far our favorite! Renee was our server, and she was excellent to us and our pups! She provided them with fresh water bowls and told us about other dog friendly business in the immediate area! Views were beautiful, food was delicious, and the drinks went down easily! We couldn’t recommend this place more!

The location is just perfect! Super cute little village and the restaurant is right beside a lovely pier. Gorgeous at sunset. Good service and really good food, very dog friendly. We brought our two shepherds and they were both given their own bowls of ice water. Great band and super atmosphere all round. Had a brilliant evening.

We went to Hammerhead's because of the great reviews on here, and they did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived with our two fur babies, the staff and our server were so accommodating and friendly! They loved on our babies, and brought them water regularly. We also ordered off the dog menu, and got our girls a burger, which was at least 1/2 pound, generous enough that our little ones were happily full after sharing it! The food for us was very, very good, and the adult drinks were definitely not lacking! This will be a regular stop for us when visiting the Emerald Coast!

Staff is so nice ! We came with all 3 of our fur babies and had an amazing time sitting on the patio overlooking the bay. They even gave us water bowls for the dogs.

This restaurant is awesome! Beautiful venue and live music when we were there. We took our two dogs and our kiddos. Great food, great atmosphere! Shops at Baytown Wharf had dog water bowls outside their shops.

We called ahead to confirm that we would be able to bring our 100 lb yellow Lab with us. A water bowl for our dog was brought immediately as we were looking at the menu. We sat at the outside tables. The doggie menu was offered: hot dog, cheeseburger, or hamburger. The waitress was friendly to our dog and made sure he had what he needed! We enjoyed our lunch during the nice quiet off season time!

We took our retired military dog there last night. Immediately she was given a bowl of water. They don't have a dog menu printed. We were given options for our fury family member. We were totally blown away when the waiter asked how she wanted her burger cooked. Her burger was only $5 and probably was at least 1/2 lb of ground beef. They offered us seating anywhere. The manager got down and petted our dog and she kissed him. It was an awesome place and would totally recommend going. The area where it is at is also really cool and super dog and kid friendly. Thanks again for a great time.

We took our 3 yr old great dane to supper. Everyone raved about him and how obedient he was... they brought him a bowl of water as soon as we were seated. They claimed to have a doggy menu which was later told they did not have a printed version but could tell us the items. We ordered the 14 oz steak for our 130 pound pup.. He enjoyed it needless to say. But when the check came out we realized our dog menu steak was $27 ! Wow... did not expect that!! Pricey for a pup at night.

The place has 3 dog menus:dog kibble, hot dog & burger. It has a wharf where the dog can go for a walk. It's kind of crowded though but my dog did a good job as it was his first eating out.
- AmyMore than a year agoGreat place for dog and food!
This is a great place to take your dog to dine with you. We even got a bowl of water without asking. No dog menu as mentioned in description but could order off the regular menu! Food was awesome-had chicken nachos and then the ribeye steak. A little pricey but to be expected for the atmosphere and area. Live band was very good! Enjoyed this place a lot!
