  Beautiful Location

  Right away the waiter brought Duke a large bowl of ice water and they even took his order first and gave us time to review the people menu. The food was excellent - including Duke’s Cheeseburger based on the way he devoured it! Highly recommended!

  Always a nice dog friendly meal

  This is a top restaurant in Idyllwild for visitors and locals alike. They have a large patio area that is perfect for lunch or dinner. They have a small dog menu and water bowls. The people food is pretty awesome and the drink menu is extensive.

  Good food, lovely patio.

  We were here on a busy holiday weekend. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the variety of the menu. I had the mussels and my husband had the turkey blt. We were particularly delighted by their doggy menu. After a day of hiking, our dog enjoyed her bacon and the fresh bowl of water.

  Good Time for All

  Pet Friendly and a Good Time!
  Great outdoor patio. With the shades down in the evening, it creates a partially enclosed feeling, which is really nice. Heat lamps were on so it was nice and toasty. Good variety of food options, including vegetarian and vegan options. Everyone in our party was happy with their food, beverages, and service. Pups were happy. We will return!

  Very nice!

  We ate mid week, at night, and the staff was accommodating and very friendly. We would definitely go back with our 8 month old golden retriever Cooper!

  Didn't Feel Really Welcome

  I called ahead to make sure this restaurant was dog friendly, and I was assured that we could sit on the patio, no problem. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation, most of the outside tables were empty, but they kept "forgetting" to seat us. Our waitress acted as if she was terrified of dogs (and by this time the dog was so tired she slept through our meal). Even moving the dog under the table didn't seem to help - we requested another server who was better.

  The food was decidely average and had a bit of a cafeteria taste and texture to it.
