This dedicated gluten-free bakery utilizes fifteen different flours to create several flour blends, smoke their own meats, and serve fruits, vegetables, and nuts harvested locally and from the Pacific Northwest. At the eatery, you'll find a number of breakfast items, such as 3bs griddle cakes, pigs in a blanket, and granola and fruit.
