Lake Alice National Wildlife Refuge in Devils Lake, ND is pet friendly. Your leashed pup can tag along to go ice fishing. Once the migrating birds have departed for warmer destinations and the lake has frozen, it becomes a prime spot for catching northern pike, walleye, yellow perch, and white bass. Please be aware of the hunting season.
