The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean, and it didn’t smell like dogs. The grassy area for the dogs was not a great location; you had to walk up a hill to get to it and it was very close to the busy street. But there were no sand burrs so that was a plus.

Room was quite nice. Walking area adjacent to front parking lot on a busy street but it worked. Did not like that my husband and I could not eat breakfast there. Can't leave pet alone in room even for short time, but we complied. Was cool enough we could leave them in car. Nice park near downtown where we enjoyed walking them.

Very clean, good location, attentive staff with a decent breakfast and great price. One of the best places I’ve stayed that welcomes dogs. I highly recommend.

Staff was welcoming to our family and our dog. Our first room had been smoked in and they graciously moved us to another room. The location is nice if you plan to visit the area. Just minutes from Deadwood. Recommend if you need a place to stay. Breakfast was also good in the morning. Fair price for a decent room. Outside hot tubs were a plus!

I booked online and then emailed to confirm I will have a dog. For anyone booking with their pup, I'd advise you to email first, they only offer their 2 Queen standard room for dogs. They were super quick to reply and help me book the correct room. The room was nice and updated, along with the bathroom.

Safe Stay: Blackstone Lodge & Suites has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place.
