The bed had stains on it. False eyelashes stuck to the light above the bed. Stains on the bed. Someone else's hair. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We didn't stay. We slept in our car. There were used syringes in the parking lot, plus prostitutes and junkies. Not a place to bring a dog or a family. There were cops circling the lot. No lock on our room door. That says enough. I asked for a refund because we didn't stay and I was told no. It was an abomination the place should be condemned.

Toilet seat covered with yellow urine spots, inattentive employees. Went directly to the front desk and asked for additional pillows and they never delivered them to the room as they said will do. Dirty floors, windows and mirrors. Won’t recommend it to anyone, keep out of it.

Beware of this Red Roof Inn. We arrived at 11:30 pm and was given a key to our room. After going to 7 rooms, we finally, at 2:00 pm, found a room that appeared to be cleaned. In the others, the beds were made up but no attempt to clean toilets, bedspreads, etc. Filthy toilets and I won't go into details. A girl was smoking outside the room next door to the room we were initially given and a guy was smoking outside the next room down from that. They were talking. She had a kitten with her and I stopped to comment. We chatted for a moment. I also noticed 18 wheelers with motors running in the parking lot, staying for about 20 minutes and then leaving.
The next morning, I put it all together and realized that they were not coming to spend the night. I was standing outside at 2:00 pm, waiting for a room, talking to a prostitute and her pimp, and didn't even realize it. I called all around and everything was booked except for hotels that were upwards of $250 a night plus $50-$75 extra per night per pet. We had two chihuahuas with us and were staying 5 days. I even called BringFido and she checked everywhere. I was in tears at the front desk the next morning. The woman, "Lady" asked what she could do to help the situation. She was very nice and said she hated to see me so upset and to compensate for the experience, she would comp the entire stay and could extend our stay or check out late whatever day we chose to leave.
We were in a cleaner room, upstairs in a safer room near the office, and settled in, so I agreed. She said when we came to check out, the entire amount would be put back on my credit card. The morning we left, she was not at the desk but had been every other morning. The man said that he was the manager/co-owner of the franchise, and he would give me one night free. I said that was not what "Lady" had said. I asked him to call her. At first he refused, but then he called her. He said she had agreed to two nights comped. Then he agreed to comp 3 nights. I said I would go to Red Roof Inn headquarters and report them because they had gone back on their word. My husband went in and negotiated 3 nights comped. Altogether, it was a horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. BEWARE!

Fine for dogs but shaky in general. Room not that well built. Beds not well made (sheets not even tucked in). No ice machine where we were told it was. No one in office in morning to answer questions. Fine for sleeping, welcomed pets with no extra charges. The very basics.

I'm glad my two big dogs were with me in this SCARY place. That was the only upside of this overnight stay. I agree with prior comments, the room was unbelievably dirty and I spent a very restless night there. I would have slept in my car more restfully - but the parking lot didn't seem too safe. The molding next to the door was broken away, leaving a two feet long hole with rubble. The drapes and bedspreads had holes in them. I will never stay in this Red Roof (or any) again. Embarrassing that this is the 'deluxe' Red Roof type -- hate to see the regular version.

The best part about the visit is we were able to bring our goldendoodles with us. Unfortunately the room was not the cleanest. They deactivated our key everyday, which meant we had to stop at the front desk everyday to get a new key. They charged us for the safe everyday, even though there were no batteries in the safe for it to work. They are supposed to credit me for this, we shall see. Every piece of clothing, luggage, dog toy etc., smells like stale smoke and this was a non smoking room. Won't be staying there again.

This had to be the filthiest hotel I have ever had the displeasure of spending a weekend in. Even the walls were dirty, the shower stall was dirty and water backed up when you used it, many items were broken (tv remote, light fixtures, security lock to name a few). The floor was dirty, and the microwave had burnt food in it. When we arrived, I pulled back the covers to discover holes in the sheets along with stains. Had to call the desk twice to get them changed. The grounds are not policed, so be prepared to step carefully when walking your dog, no cleanup is done and apparently the clientele they attract think nothing of leaving their dog droppings. If I wasn't just using this as a place to sleep, I would have moved to another hotel.

Well my fur babies did stay for free and they were able to stay in the room by themselves... unfortunately that’s where the positive stuff ends. We walk into the room and it smells like weed. The very first night my husband got offered drugs, we found blood on the wall in the bathroom pretty sure some poor girl didn’t know how to wash her hands. Our keys for the room quit working like 4 different times so we were constantly having to get them fixed. The beds were clean but they had burn holes in the blankets when this is supposed to be a 100% smoke free room!

The hotel was in a good location, next to some nicer newer hotels. Plenty of grassy areas to walk the fur-babies. The room was out-dated and definitely needs some improvements. The walls had stains, and just gave off a dark dingy feel. The linens were stained, one of the towels provided looked completely dirty and the other towel provided looked clean but was smaller and thread bare. The bed was decently soft. Probably would not stay here again.

Traveling with a dog is new to us and we were pleased to find a clean, comfortable room for four people and our dog. The staff was super friendly and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to green space for walking our dog, Vera. Great to have a microwave and small fridge (premium room). We also like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. Only problem we had was the shower didn’t drain well. All in all, great room for the price, good stay, would stay again.
