While the hotel was conveniently located and the beds were comfortable, the pet section of the hotel (both hallway and room) was very run down. The hall was dirty, had a musty smell and stained carpets. There was visible mold on the walls of the room, the bathroom had flaking paint on the walls and mold in the light fixture and in the bathtub. We chose to skip using the shower as it did not seem clean. We did purchase Capstar for the dog the next day. Given what we saw, we couldn’t be sure the carpet had been vacuumed thoroughly and we just wanted to make sure she didn’t pick up any unwanted visitors. We checked in at 1am and didn’t want to bother switching rooms. Looking at the hallway though, I can’t imagine any other room would have been much better. Maybe we just got very unlucky, but we would not stay here again and I would not recommend it for anyone else.

We expected few frills based on the other reviews -- and that tracks (haha). However, we felt completely safe and welcome with our two large doggies, which is what we most cared about. The staff was friendly, kind and upbeat. Very positive vibe. There was plenty of space outside to walk the dogs. For us, this was the perfect air-conditioned respite during our family reunion weekend that totally did not break the bank. No complaints.

Unfortunately, a cat peed in my assigned room in the past. I would stay again but I would request a different room next time around. I was too tired to deal with it.

We were here for a quick overnight during a long road trip. The staff was welcoming to the dog. Appreciated the popcorn in the lobby. Some grassy areas to walk the dog. The hotel was inexpensive (about $100, including pet fee of $30) but not clean. We spent the night but did not want to shower here or even get the coffee. Conveniently located near several coffee spots & we hit one before getting back in the road.

If you're looking for a clean place to sleep this is place. It doesn't have all the bells and whistle. Overall it was good. We stayed two nights and the staff was so kind and helpful. Our car broke down on the PA Turnpike. Without hesitation they said we could stay longer if needed.

The heater was very loud only went on high and every 2 hrs had to switch from hot to cold. Hard to sleep.

The hotel itself was nothing exceptional, but our room was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location to the door to the outside. The staff were helpful and agreeable. The hotel location easy to find and close to the expressway, the parking was easy, and there was ample area to exercise the dogs. The less said about the breakfast, the better. The fireplace in the dining area was a nice touch, as were the Xmas decorations.

The staff was terrific. It's an older hotel and in need of refreshing the decor but it was comfortable and the staff treated us like royalty.

There are limited grass areas to take the dog for a walk. The hotel was quite dated and the carpet was stained. The shower head was so old and clogged that it felt and sounded like a sand blaster. But no worries if you can’t reach your feet they will be soaking in the 5 inches of water that’s left in the tub when you’re done showering.
